Valon Behrami is "99 per cent certain" to be staying at West Ham United this summer, according to his agent.
The Switzerland midfielder has been mentioned as a possible transfer target for Italian side Palermo since the Premier League campaign ended, but agent Alessandro Beltrami believes his client will still be at Upton Park when pre-season training begins.
"Valon is thinking about the World Cup, his future will be tackled later," he said,
"West Ham have declared him non-transferable, so I think it is 99 per cent certain he will remain in England.
"Talk of Palermo? That is good because it means the player has done well.
"However, we are happy that West Ham have made him unavailable for transfer."
The 25-year-old has made 51 appearances since joining the Hammers in a £5million deal from Lazio two years ago.Subscribe to Football FanCast News Headlines by Email
